PROGRAM

Upon your arrival Mauro or Serena will welcome you by introducing you to the La Sabbiona farm and telling you about their spelled production. The spelled harvested in their fields is transformed into an ancient mill with stone mills that has recently returned to activity. With your dose of flour, guided by Serena, an expert azdora from Romagna, you will try your hand at preparing delicious biscuits that you can enjoy at the end of your experience.
