Booking Confirmation
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation voucher from Visit Ravenna.
About 3 days before the service, you will receive the final voucher from the provider by email, including a QR code to show to the driver at departure.
We recommend checking your inbox regularly, including the spam folder.
If you haven’t received the final voucher 2 days before the service, please contact us promptly.
Children’s Travel Policy
. Children aged 0–4: travel free if seated on an adult’s lap. A ticket is required if they occupy a seat.
. Children aged 5–10: reduced fare.
. Children over 10: full fare.
Minors under 14: must be accompanied by an adult for the entire journey.
Minors aged 14-18: may travel alone only with written authorization from a parent or legal guardian, along with a copy of their ID.
Pet Policy
Each passenger is allowed to bring one small pet (up to 10 kg) in a carrier (max 30x30x40 cm).
Fare is the same as the child fare.
