Useful Information:
If you are arriving from the city centre, you must walk through the station via the pedestrian underpass, exit from the back side, and turn right toward the parking area for tourist and line buses.
The vehicle is marked with the “Shuttle Italy Airport” logo.

The indicated travel time refers to normal traffic conditions, as communicated by the service provider.
We recommend allowing extra time for possible delays and airport check-in procedures.
Heavy traffic (especially on weekends and Sundays toward Bologna), unexpected events or other disruptions may cause delays that are not attributable to the service provider.

Booking Confirmation
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation voucher from Visit Ravenna.
About 3 days before the service, you will receive the final voucher from the provider via email, including a QR code to show the driver at departure. We recommend regularly checking your email inbox, including the spam folder.
If you haven’t received the final voucher 2 days before the service, please contact us immediately.
Service Information
This is a shared service operated by Shuttle Italy Airport.
Punctuality is essential: the bus departs at the scheduled time and does not wait for latecomers, just like a regular line service.
Pets
One small pet (up to 10 kg) per passenger is allowed in a carrier (max 30x30x40 cm).
Fare: same as child fare.
Children
. Children aged 0–4: travel free if held on an adult’s lap. A ticket is required if occupying a seat.
. Children aged 5–10: reduced fare.
. Children over 10: full fare.
Minors under 14: must be accompanied by an adult for the entire trip.
Minors aged 14–18: may travel alone only with written parental authorization and a copy of an ID.
