BIKE RENTAL AT RAVENNA TRAIN STATION

Type of bycicles:

- man citybikes [class A]
- E-Citybike Discovery (with autonomy up to 150km) [class C]

Important information:

- to rent a bike, the customer must present a valid identity card and sign the rental customer form

- the use of the bicycle is reserved for adults unless the minor is accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility

- for e-bikes and special bikes, the customer and the employee must check the state of functionality before renting the bike and fill the "bike status check sheet". The bike will be checked again at the end of the renting period and in case of breakages, the customer will have to pay for the related damage caused

- for bicycle rental, a SECURITY DEPOSIT is required which varies according to the type of bicycle and can be deposited by credit card (not prepaid) or in cash (option not valid for class C bikes). The deposit will be returned once the bicycle and equipment have been returned with no damages or losses. In case of damage or loss, the customer will be asked to refund the price for repairing and the deposit will be used for

this purpose. If the amount paid as a deposit is not enough, the employee will directly request the remaining amount
