Office hours: Mon–Sat 8:30–19:00 | Sun 9:30–17:00
- Coupon use: at the event stands in Piazza Kennedy, Ravenna
Event hours: Thu 18:00–22:00 | Fri, Sat, Sun 11:00–22:00
Useful information
- The coupon has a fixed value of €15 and does not entitle you to partial refunds.
- Using the coupon at stands: each coupon entitles you to 1 dish + 1 drink at the same stand. The coupon cannot be split between different stands. If you have multiple coupons, you may use them at different stands (one per stand), but the dish and drink must always be collected from the same stand.
- On participating restaurant menus, the dishes included in the offer are marked with the Visit Ravenna icon.
- If you wish to add additional dishes or drinks not included in the coupon, you can purchase them at the event cash desks by converting money into tokens.
- The coupon is valid only during the Caplèt & Friends dates (9–12 October 2025).

How to use it

Collect your coupon at the Ravenna Tourist Information Office (Piazza San Francesco 7) by showing your purchase confirmation (basket number on the voucher).

Collect both your dish and drink as indicated in the offer — no need to queue or pay at the counter.
If you wish to add more dishes or drinks, you can do so directly at the event’s cash desks by converting your money into tokens.
