Pick-up: Porto Corsini Cruise Terminal (Ravenna) - Disembark from the ship, exit the terminal, and go to the Tourist Information Office located at the wooden hut on the left or ask the staff with the VISIT RAVENNA uniform or sign.
Drop-off: The driver will drop you off at Piazza Caduti per la Libertà at the corner of Piazza San Francesco

- From Ravenna Center to Cruise Terminal

Available Times: 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM
Pick-up: At the same location where you were dropped off, at Piazza Caduti per la Libertà at the corner of Piazza San Francesco

For those with luggage, we offer a dedicated service for an additional cost, ensuring comfortable and secure transportation of the luggage. Please book the appropriate service for your needs to avoid inconveniences during the trip.

- Request for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle

If you need a vehicle approved for transporting disabled persons with a wheelchair or with mobility issues, please send us a timely request via email to transfer@visitravenna.it. We will check the availability of the requested vehicle and inform you of any applicable surcharges. Please note that without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the service with a standard vehicle. It is essential to communicate special needs in advance.

- Request for Child Seat

If you need a child seat approved for the transport of children, please send us a timely request via email to transfer@visitravenna.it, specifying the age of the child. We will check the availability of the requested seat and inform you of any applicable surcharges. Please note that without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the service. It is essential that special needs are communicated in advance.

- Service Punctuality

We will do our best to be punctual. However, due to traffic and/or sudden route changes, the service may experience slight delays. In such cases, please be patient, remaining near the wooden hut housing the Tourist Information Office at the Terminal on the way there, and near the Tourist Information Office located at Piazza San Francesco 7 on the way back, and be available for communications from our staff. We remind you that one of our operators will always be ready to update you on the transfer status and can be contacted (preferably via WhatsApp) at +39 348 4504049.

- Vehicle Identification

Our driver will have an identifying sign on the vehicle with the "Visit Ravenna" logo and a list of the booked names. Please check that the vehicle matches the one booked and be careful not to board other vehicles. If you decide at the last minute to use a different service, no refund will be recognized.
