TerraQuilia is a young winery of the Modenese Apenine, with its vineyards located at about 500 meters above sea
level, which produces sparkling wines obtained using the ancestral method: some with sediment inside the bottle and other disgorged after remaining on its own yeasts for 12/ 36 months.
The grapes used are Pignoletto and Trebbiano for the fizzy and sparkling white wines, Lambrusco Grasparossa and Malbo Gentile for the red ones and Sangiovese for the sparkling rosè.
These are products with intense aromas, characterized by marked sapidity and acidity, with the typical complexity of bottle refermentation. All our wines are not filtered and the SO2 level is less than 30 mg/l, the whole production is certified organic (as well as vegan).

Our structure is situated in a really suggestive position:
- behind, the small town of Guiglia ,surrounded by green hills, offers a particularly interesting natural environment (Regional Park of Sassi di Roccamalatina) enriched by the presence of many rural villages , churches etc.
- in front of it, a wonderful panorama that allows the view on a large part of the province of Modena. In this exciting setting, we want to welcome tourists who still do not know us , visitors who are passionate about natural wine or who simply want to share with us the world of the “ancestral”

Highlights

During the visit, if the weather is good, we will show you around through our territory and its features we defend and respect in every way; then we will guide you to the cellar, bottling , storage and refining rooms, telling you about the "secrets" of our production philosophy ... our Ancestral Method.
Following the tasting:
you can finally taste 2 of our most representative wines (expertly guided by one of our manager) together with “tigelle” (a tipical bread of this area) ,cold cuts and cheeses with organic jam.
